I've been using this garage for years. Never been anything other than straight and honest in all dealings. They identify only the work that needs doing and are always speedy, courteous and keenly priced. The proprietor and the mechanics are plainly hard working and vastly experienced whilst elsewhere, including the larger dealerships around Warrington , I have been seriously ripped off. However, as far as I'm concerned and based upon my experience, this one of the few, genuine and very decent, honest garages left around .

What a terrific garage, which had been given an oil and filter change prior to purchase. Upon arrival home we found that it was leaking oil from the engine. I promptly took it down to see Bob (owner/manager). The car was put on the ramp and the culprit was the wrong washer put on the drain plug.
Bob had the new oil drained from the sump, the correct copper washer was fitted and the saved oil put back into the engine, "hey presto" no more leaking oil.
Bob refused to take payment for the work carried out which we thought was outstanding customer service, Bob and his staff were rewarded with some bottles of alcoholic beverage, so everyone was happy.
Have a car and live in or around the Warrington area ? go see Bob and his staff at JRT Motor services, the company that really do go the "extra mile."
Been going to Bob at jrt for over 20 years with both my cheap run about and also our family car. I will not go anywhere else, Bob and staff have looked after us in regards our family motoring. Honesty, integrity and value for money is what you get at Jrt. ???? Oh I forgot, the lollipops for the two kids ☺️
Always good service, good work and very engaging staff. And you DON'T get ripped off. Been going there for years and will continue to do so.
We have used JRT for years. We don’t trust anyone else with our cars. The whole family use them!
Dropped the car off in the evening as had to be towed there and went the next morning to see Bob the garage owner. Car was repaired within 3 hours. Highly recommend.
