Really pleased with the service I received from Andy and his team at J&M Autos in Bishops Hull, Taunton. They were recommended to me by the RAC and I will be using them all the time from now on. They were really friendly to deal with, knew what they were talking about and quoted me far less than other local garages. Highly recommended.

I am the aftersales manager for a motor dealer in the North East, one of my customers was on holiday and had an issue with his vehicle. The customer was in another garage and not happy with the service and we decided to call JM Autos. I explained the situation and the urgency and the service we received was fantastic, honest, reliable and kept me updated throughout the process. An excellent, trustworthy garage. Both our family cars get work, servicing and MOTs done here. Work is done at a very reasonable price and they are very honest about when work is required. After having a string of bad experiences with main dealers I cannot rate them high enough. So pleased I ditched the main dealer and found a garage that honestly tells me the state of my car. Friendly, professional, honest.
RAC took us to JM Auto's as one of their recommended repairers following a break down while visiting the area. We were very happy with their service and customer care and would 100% recommend their services. Prices weren't cheap but fair and went the extra mile so had they been local I would have used them as my trusted garage.
My Golfs engine started to malfunction on the M5 and I managed to leave the motorway. I found this independent on line and they could not have been more helpful. They recommended a tow company which they covered in final invoice and despite being very busy, had a faulty fuel injector identified as the problem and repaired in a couple of days. of days. Superb service at a good price .
