John replaced the broken heating fan in my Volvo..quite a challenge as it involved taking out the dashboard. But he took it on. I now have decent heating and no internal condensation. A good job. Thankyou.
Really pleased with this garage. I have a C180 and there are only 2 Mercedes specialists in my area, this garage and one closer to where I live. I used to take my car to the other garage however their customer service skills were non-existent so I thought I'd try J A C Motor Enterprises despite being much further away from me.
Their service was actually better priced, and literally 1 min walk away is a pub so I waited there. After 1.5 hrs my car was ready. I also had an issue with a broken handle so I had to take it back to get fixed. Again I waited at the pub as pointless going home. Their customers service is awesome and unlike the garage I used to use, not everything is put down as being "a common fault"
I'll definitely be using them in future.

five star does not adequately describe their knowledge or expertise, I have my 3 last Mercedes there and my pajero. I can not fault their work they have a great friendship with customers and seem to go that extra mile for you when a main dealer would give up. nothing phases their expertise

Extremely reasonable BMW repairs, saves me a fortune over broadoak BMW main dealer.
Can be busy here though so you need to make sure you that you book at least 2 weeks in advance.

BMW 320d turbo fail. Diagnosed and sorted out the problem within a week of dropping it off to the garage. Good communication and very reasonably priced for parts and work carried out. Would highly recommend, many thanks!
One of our company cars ended up here after three other places failed to solve the problem, one of them being BMW which I pulled it out of as the cost was going to escalate making it uneconomical to repair. I found their service to be of a very high standard and their knowledge and methodical approach to be excellent. I've been in the motor trade for 30 years (HGV's not cars) and will happily use them again should the need arise.
