It’s the second time this week that I go to have dinner at this shop, today it was an special one, the girl that appears with me on the picture is simply kind friendly and sweet, she made me feel home, and the guy (Dominican republic it’s his home town) when he realised we shared Spanish as a common language and went the extra mile giving me on the house a miso soup, A+ for them both, after a tiring day at work this is all you need to end up your day with a smile that can’t be erased from your face… thank you guys ????????☺️????
The short blonde hair woman operating the collection desk was very rude. She is well known for being rude and itsu doesn't do anything about it. They're trained to not behave like this, yet she is allowed to make customers uncomfortable.
I visited this shop when I visited Monument for the 2nd time ( actually the 3rd if I count my 1st visit in '83 ) during my very recent trip to London this summer.I did a take away .I got avocado rolls & edamame .They were very fresh & tasted good ! Inside of the restaurant was very clean & very simple ,but also very pretty & modern !! I wish if I could've stayed in !! But,I was in a hurry. I wanted to try a vegan set,too ! They looked good !The lady worked there was very friendly & professional. The machine was easy to use & pay .The prices were affordable ,perfect for a quick bite !! It was across from Mark & Spencer which I shopped at right before visiting this shop ! I definitely recommend this place !
Nini, the blond girl (sorry if I didn’t get your name right), was very nice and made sure I was served and didn’t have any questions, even though it was self service section. Good job!
I want to leave a very special feedback to Nini, she is always the most amazing staff member always watching for her customers, and she is always very polite, friendly and so helpful! I will definitely be back thanks to her service, very dedicated. She is definitely a jewel to the shop! Thank you Nini!
We were served by a lovely member of staff called Nini. We had two young students visiting us and as pensioners we were tired after a day of sightseeing. Suddenly we noticed the half-price offer and decided we could afford a treat. Nini advised us to try the chocolate desserts too, so we had a lovely supper.
Thank you Nini for great service.
The food at itsu is amazing. A great selection of sushi and cooked bowls. Service is fast. Restaurant itself is very clean and welcoming.
