Ordered via just eat - was told after 50 mins order was on its way. It’s only 5 mins down the road so after 20 mins called and was told I’d be called back. Another 20 mins passed, no call back, so called again however my phone calls were no longer being answered. I then tried to call again on my boyfriend’s phone and got through after one ring, that’s weird isn’t it; seems unprofessional. Was then told I’d be called back again, again I wasn’t and now I couldn’t get answered on either phone number. 20 mins later the delivery man called and after 2 HOURS of waiting, half of the meal was missing. Also, the pizza was something like the 99p ones from Asda. Come on now, it’s a cost of living if you are going to charge so much for a pizza please ensure it’s actually worth it.
rubbish service, food still hasn't arrived after two hours, said that it would be here any minute 40 mins ago and isn't here, declining my calls and is just flogging off their behaviour! rude worker told me that she's waiting on the driver yet it's been over 2 hours their can't be that long of a wait !!
Sauces were missing so called first time and spoke to a guy who didn't take any of my details but said they would call back after speaking to driver. 10 minutes go by with no call and we call a second time. Spoke to a lady who was more helpful. Said they can only refund the sauces as it was an Uber driver we used and is non contactable. Still doesn't solve the dry kebab situation though! Blaming a conglomerate for the mistake as if to say "that's it" ????.
We've had to pop our food in the oven and order from another place right now that will actually give us what we order and need with no item missing, all for the sake of sauce ????.
The pizza was absolutely amazing always fresh pizza. The Belgian waffle was still hot and covered in melted chocolate. 11/10 for me. Loved the Iranian combo pizza. Best pizza I’ve ever had in my life

The food was amazing the chips where banging with the bip the cans where cold too best pizza in Glasgow the lady at the counter was nice and polite best service ever ????????
