We are lucky to have Islington pharmacy in our area,Very friendly staff with excellent service. During covid time they were very supportive . 5 ???? is not enough to praise them.They deserve more..Thank you to all members of Islington Pharmacy.
Patient with history of eye problems was charged £14.99 after the lady consulted the Asian pharmacist in regards to eye drops. They spoke very quietly, lady said £5.99 to £15 and the Asian man laughed and said yes. Shameless to make up prices on the spot and charge vulnerable people
Edit: I actually did check prices online and your local competitors, who were selling far cheaper than you and had their systems updated. Unlike you who didn’t update your price as you say, as the lady didn’t even scan the product before selling to me. Indications that you do look at the person buying and charge the price you think they’re willing to pay; making prices up.
When the lady asked you. She said it was £5.99 and confirmed with you if she should charge me £15. You smirked and then went to hide behind your wall when I asked how much. Knowing you had probably done something wrong and completely immoral.
This isn’t the first review regarding pricing on your pharmacy reviews or as you as the manager. Shameless human
So anyway. Lesson learnt for me.

Knowledgeable, competent, sympathetic and professional. Perfect pharmacy. Can request prescriptions and prepare in 2-4 days. Long opening hours, can order custom items if needed. Perfect. No other pharmacy can compete. If only it was physically bigger....
Amazing pharmacy, open till late most days. Very friendly and helpful staff. Been coming here for a long time, nice to have such a wonderful pharmacy in the area.

Looked online and noticed this pharmacy issues Covid testing kits, was meant to open at 6 am I waited outside for over an hour and they still did not open the store very disappointed
Normally I get along with 2 staff which is Yusuf and a tall blonde lady. Theres 2 new staff there sitting and asking me several questions I have called the pharmacy 2 days ago for my mums medications, and I get it as soon as possible, but today I have experienced a very bad behavior from a lady she looks asian and hair is dark brown. First I asked if my mums medications were ready then she rolled her eyes and kissed her tooth at me looked straight into my eyes this not the way you act to a customer or anybody. İ dont know where she got that attitude from. İf you cant do your job PROPERLY then its not my problem first fix your ugly face and manners and then learn your job properly. İ have been with this pharmacy since 4 years this is the first time someone has been very rude to me she needs to get fired! you supposed to prepare the medications first by the day before not by asking stupid questions that i already answered to you already. VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!!
