Great location next to the surgery and anytime I've been prescribed a medicine it's been available within minutes. It's a bit odd walking it, they work in silence where some places will have music or the radio on and the shelves for non-prescription stuff look like they may have been there 10 years. But I've found them really helpful over the past 6 months where I've had to start and stop a few meds, all has been available and ready (it may take a few mins but it's there). I'm always asked if I've used them before and they've followed up several times with phones calls to make sure the meds are ok and I'm not experiencing any side effects. Not much more I could ask for so 5 stars, thanks.
Rude!! Just absolutely rude!
I was double charged for my prescription. They said it was to do with their internet connection. Which it wasn’t. They made me feel so stupid, like I didn’t know how to pay for things. Yes, I’m ill but I wasn’t born yesterday.
I got home to check my bank statement. As expected I had paid twice. I called them, they didn’t even apologise. They didn't even apologise. They just said “I’m going on my lunch break. Call back at 2pm!”
Hardly open so impossible to get to if you work, lie saying have not received prescriptions. Rude staff who kiss teeth, tut and are dismissive
The worst. Arrogant and ignorant. First words were 'sign the back' but as he was serving another customer I didn't think he was speaking to me. 'come to the counter' was the next utterance. I asked if he had the item in stock. ' Sit down' Then he wanted to charge a surcharge for paying by debit card. After a discussion I left and went elsewhere.
Turns out to be rather negligent... Not very communicative except to give directions and terse comments. My wife is Diabetic...one of the drugs she has been told to take (with reservations,as previous nasty reaction for her) Is Metformin... these he put in a box with another tablets label on it and vice versa... Good job I checked as the Metformin is Every Other Day and the other tablet is TWICE a day !.... DO NOT USE THIS MAN...
Always really helpful and friendly - a modern pharmacy that provides other health checks and good advice. Surely previously mentioned label errors are the doctors mistake - the pharmacist only prints what is sent through?
Lovely staff.Very helpful and efficient and providing Covid jabs without need to travel to large centres .
I was charged a surcharge despite not being told I thought this was now illegal £1.00 charge
Am I correct? This was a debit card not even a credit card
