Absolutely appalling service from this garage and I would avoid at all costs…
This is no reflection on the new manager as he was a genuine nice guys however….
Had the car over 13 months with inconsistent updates and just a poor ‘professional’ experience and it’s been handed back in an dreadful state…
Car was 18 months old when taken in and we have no look on it anymore with how poor quality of work that’s been done to it!
Trading standards are now involved!
Picked it up front of car was a different shade to the rest, refused collection and was told it would be rectified… looks the same….
Paint tipped on carpets
Glove box hanging off, b pillar hanging out????
Bumper Trim had been tack up with ‘mastic’ sitting half a mm off the wing with no correct trim panels in.. refused collection at that point
The workmanship was appalling
Feels very much like they were taking advantage of a female driver with no mechanical experience very lucky I work in the trade to help her..

Had my car repaired recently with IRG but needed one further issue to be rectified. From initially phoning to the issue being rectified, the service was prompt, friendly and helpful. A particular thank you to Ali.
I am now revisiting my review as my car has been completed.
Once we overcome the communications issue, absolutely fantastic customer service Kirsty kept me updated whenever she could.
Given the car has not been with me since June, the Garage itself only had it about two months all down to my insurance, decided to drag their heels,
Bodywork absolutely fantastic light replacement. Absolutely fantastic discovered an issue with the indicator was fixed within minutes was just a plug cannot fault them. You have done absolute sterling work on my car. Thank you.
Also, removed the pictures of the fuel As I can see you also topped it up a little for me. ☺️

Unhappy with the service! My car repair has been on hold for 3 weeks now and there is no update from the garage unless I call them! I was told there were documents sent to the insurance company on the 24/11 for authorisation, and would expect a reply within 3-5 working days. I’ve been calling every 3-4 days for updates and all they’ve told me is they don’t know anything! Until the 4/12 I called again and they said well not sure why there is no progress I suggest YOU to call the insurance company. I did and finally got a reply on 7/12 and insurance said there is no documents received on their system! Basically the repair has been delayed for 2 weeks now and it’s no progress, no one updates me, no one takes initiative to chase up, until I have to do it myself! It’s very frustrating and disappointing.

At first , it was hard to contact them or get updates. But they let me have a car, they were not obliged to, and let me keep my van at their premises for 2 weeks after it was repaired until my mot could be booked.

Staff where great but sadly probably because of what's going on in the world my car took 4 and a half months to fix and 5 weeks of that I was without a courtesy car I bet on other circumstances they would be 5 stars ????
Absolute shambles of a company. Our insurance company sent the vehicle to them after a very minor accident that destroyed the front panel and vent of the car and the radiator cracked so car was undriveable. Was originally told 4 to 6 weeks for the repair but ended up taking 13.5 weeks of which we were left with no vehicle for the 1st 5 weeks. When we made a fuss we were given a hire car for around 8 weeks then they gave us another courtesy car for the remaining time. When we received the car back it was a mess and had spray paint on the windows and was extremely dirty also bizarrely when crashed their was 3/4 of a tank of petrol when collected was on red. Was told numerous times they would call me but never did. Will never allow another vehicle to go anywhere near any IRG garage in future. The prices they charge are scandal and the work is shoddy at best AVOID AVOID AVOID
