Person fractures a shoulder and is told to go to this hospital, one she's never been to and is given verbal instructions only whilst she is in great pain. She gets her day's mixed and thinks she is to go the day after she's supposed to have gone and. She contacts the hospital on the day she thought she should attend and is basically accused of lying by a very unpleasant and unprofessional member of staff over the phone.
I recently had the “misfortune “ of having a CT Colonography at Inveverclyde Royal Hospital. Although I told staff at the time how impressed I was by their care and kindness for this “not nice “ procedure - I feel I must thank them publicly too. Each of them introduced themselves by their first name , everyone was truly caring- they are true “ nurses “ - definitely doing this for love and not money ! Well done again !
Was treated at A&E yesterday after dislocating my shoulder. Fantastic team - receptionist, nurses, X-ray dept, porters, doctors all were quite exceptional. Feel very fortunate to have received such a level of care and expertise.

I would also like to Congratulate the after care staff of S.N,s Williamson (Kirstie) Kennedy(Lucy) Paton (Liz) Shaw (Emma) and their Staff in H South for the care and devotion during my two week stay there. Their Attitude, Friendliness, Support, and work rate would be hard to match in any other form of employment. To you all from my family and especially me, Angles are also found on earth and I met a few lately.
If there was a group of people who deserve a pay increase to coincide with their efficiency and work ethics. This group are right at the front of priorities. Bless You All.
A&E is absolutely brilliant. Just can't ???? praise them high enough. Clear,Concise and very accurate communication followed up with experienced top quality experience actions after outstanding correct diagnosis. Follow up high dependency unit and aftercare was perfection.
General ward was overrun and extremely busy for nurses to cope with the volume. They couldn't do any more than they did , more assistance required here.
The extended family are extremely grateful ???? for the total professional service from all evolved, administration, porters, nurses, doctors. Surgeons and physio from start to finish.
I had a minor day su and had an overnight in k north, which ad was dreading as I have had such poor nursing care in another hospita but the card I received in K north was exceptional. All staff from teal ladies throughout staff nurses were exceptional especially Leigh-Ann. Thsnks ladies I’ll be back to see you. End of feb thank you so much fo every Joyce ????
