In diesem Geschäft wurden wir von allen Mitarbeitenden immer sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und kompetent bedient. Man erhält sofort den Eindruck, dass hier ein gutes Arbeitsklima herrscht, deshalb freut man sich jedesmal wenn man den Laden betritt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Inhaber hat viel Erfahrung im Boot Fitting, sehr nett.

Le personnel est vraiment très agréable et le patron également. Du coup pas résisté malgré l’achat en ligne facile, mille fois préféré acheter chez eux mes skis et ceux de mon fils ????????⛷️

I went to Saint-Luc last week, and enjoyed super service by Marc and his team. Not in the least because Marc himself opened the shop when it was closed, when he encountered me at the funiculaire. In between helping me with shoes and skis, he organised in detail the ski-lessons I ordered on beforehand and coordinated directly with the monitor (Robin, great teacher) about rendez-vous place, my condition and ski level and desired lesson content and itineraries ! The equipment was top ! Great service, thank you, Frank Coenen (Weisshorn hotel 10 to 12/01/2024)
Vriendelijk personeel die je helpen het beste materiaal te kunnen huren. In mijn geval skies en toebehoren voor mij en het gezin. Materiaal was dik in orde. Zowel bij het ophalen als terugbrengen vriendelijk geholpen.

Très professionnels, de très bon conseil, patients, sympathiques, une équipe au top â la location et à la restitution pour une sortie ski de randonnée réussie.
Magasin très bien achalandé on y trouve tout pour le ski. Le service d'entretien de ceux-ci est toujours impeccable... La location ski et boots est des meilleures. Accueil toujours très sympathique et personnel très compétant et très serviable.
