Just had my appointment today. The service was amazing! Previously in a different centre, I panicked and just couldn’t get through the MRI. The staff in this centre are great, they are very helpful and attentive. They made sure I was comfortable before I went in. Thank you so much for helping me get through this scan. Friendly receptionist. I didn't wait long to be seen, my appointment was on time. There is plenty of free parking on the main road (Finchley road) on single yellow with restriction times from 7am-10am.
They operate in bad faith. My father had a GP referal for a scan but they had no appointments available, nor I could book for one month in advance. They have private facilitiy also, which has availibility every day, uses the same machines and clinicians but they are reserved for private patients but they rather risk private patients to not book instead of giving the appointments to NHS patients when needed. I suggest putting a limit of 12 hours or so on your priviate bookings so you dont have to reserve majority of your availaibity for private who dont actually book or come in.
I had a lovely experience here, I arrived early, the receptionist was warm and friendly, I was seen quickly, and put at my ease. Even being helped up afterwards, very nice man who talked me through everything. Recommend the staff there.
I came here for an MRI and thought everyone at this branch were absolutely lovely, as they put me at ease. I got my results very fast. I will highly recommend them.

First and foremost, I want to express my deepest gratitude to the nurse who attended to me during the procedure. While I regret not recalling her name, her professionalism and kindness left a lasting impression on me. She was exceptional in every way, making sure I felt at ease throughout the entire process. Her calming demeanor and reassuring smile instantly put my nerves at ease, which made a significant difference for someone like me, who was a bit anxious about the examination.
What struck me the most was the way she took her time to explain every step of the procedure thoroughly. She ensured that I was well-informed and comfortable before proceeding, never rushing or making me feel like just another patient. Her attentiveness to my well-being was evident, as she consistently checked in on me to ensure I was doing okay.
I must also commend the entire staff at the facility for their professionalism and friendliness. The place was immaculate and well-organized, which made the overall experience even more pleasant. Despite the busy nature of the medical environment, I didn't have to wait for an extended period as they called me in promptly at my appointment time.
I sincerely hope that this review reaches the nurse who attended to me that day. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks for her exceptional care and to wish her the best of luck in her nursing career. Nurses like her are a true asset to the healthcare industry, and we need more compassionate and dedicated professionals like her.

I took my mother for the first time here for a scan.
All I can say is that we were given great customer service.
On arrival , we were greeted with a nice smile and friendly service at the front desk.
During the scan, the staff were very nice, friendly and attentive to my mothers needs.
