Went there for my Gastroscopy 2 days ago and the service I had from the main door to the OT it was amazing. All the staff were very friendly and helpful .I felt like I paid them to get the service. Big shout out to the lady Marilyn Andrew at the front desk for being helpful and kind towards me and her colleagues. Well done guys keep the good work up .
My daughter had endoscopy few days ago at this clinic. Service was amazing and staff was fully trained n friendly. They are very polite with not only patients but with the person who come with the patient. My daughter told me OT staff was very humble especially at reception desk lady named Chris was so kind. She noticed my anxiety for my daughter n she came to me tried to make feel calm n relax she offered me coffee and keep coming to me until my daughter's procedure was finished. I must say a special thanks to her.
I had a gastroscopy on the 20th of September.
It was a little confusing finding the clinic, but once I arrived I was told to fill out a form and was shown the waiting area. The staff offered my boyfriend a drink. Everyone was very nice and professional. My appointment was on time. The place is very clean and looks professional.
I was quite nervous about the gastroscopy, but it went very well. I opted for spray anesthetic only. It tastes horrible, but saves one having a needle in their arm!
The consultant and all the nurses were very friendly. The consultant made me laugh during the gastroscopy! I felt safe despite having quite bad anxiety during it. If I had to do it again I would definitely go back to this place. Price was also reasonable, considering everyone else seems to charge twice as much.
The only thing I would change - the nurse that talked to me after the procedure explained everything very well, but I wish I could have talked to the consultant as well.
I would definitely recommend ????
I had a colonoscopy here and I was so impressed by the staff. I wanted to specifically mention Pam, Ahmad, and Catherine as well as Penny and Dr Kostas. They made the procedure so smooth and much less nerve wracking for me. Thank you again for making such an uncomfortable procedure pleasant.
I went to the clinic for Gastroscopy few days back, the staff, nurses, endoscopy nurses, pre-procedure assessments etc etc everything was amazing except the clinical endoscopist ( I am not mentioning the name , though I remember the name ) was very rude and harsh. In the starting of the procedure I got a sort of panic attack and the clinical endoscopist almost started scolding me, talking to me so rudely. But the nursing staff(one name I remember - Ahmed) was so good , they calmed me down and I continued with the procedure. The clinical endoscopist need some patient oriented behavioural training .
I came in very anxious and nervous as I was having an endoscopy. Because of my race and age I thought I would be discriminated over and not acknowledged as it’s common for me but From start to finish the staff treated me as if I was in a private hospital. It was soo amazing and heart warming. From the receptionist, to nurse, to doctor was all sweet and kind. The endoscopy itself was quite uneasy as I wasn’t fully sedated but the doctors reassured everything would be ok and even wiped my tear! Which I thought was sweet. They’re very professional and lovely. And I wish them all the best in their Jobs!
Received excellent service for my mother’s appointment from all members of the team, right from the moment we walked in.
Also wanted to highlight our interaction with Greg in particular - who was simply fantastic. He was incredibly thoughtful, genuine and sincere when dealing with my mother. Thank you!
Went there for Endoscopy. Catherine Kesah was very helpful. Good service.
