Visiting the Jewish community as a tourist and read a book mentioned about this shop. It’s a cute little shop with so many fresh food choices. I have no idea what to eat and said ‘can you give me sth Jewish?’ The sandwich staff smiled and made me a lovely Simon sandwich ha! And also enjoyed the mushroom roll. Very delicious!
Back in 2017, I used to work in the centre of Hackney, and every day I drove back out of London. I used to stop at this bakery.
I’m not from London and I no longer live there because I live in Aberdeenshire in Scotland, but for me, London was a culture shock.
One thing I can say about this bakery that used to be in the older building, the food is amazing. The one member of staff used to always ask about the rest of the UK and always have conversations with me. At the same time, the croissants were delicious, and I absolutely loved their sandwiches.
I don’t live in London anymore and I had to write a review about this bakery, it’s been a long time since I’ve been there, but this was one of the best bakeries to go to, the food is fresh and the staff are amazing.
Delicious food, good customer service
A very wide floor bakery, serving fresh and off the shelf goods. With a large variety Inc suger free cakes, Inc hot and cold food. Dellvery and orders are not a problem and ideal for gifts food platers for sick, meetings, or greetings. Highly recommended.
I like the friendly Bakery staff and the guy who prepares the sandwiches and salads, so outstanding staff got Indig's, sure they are the soul of the establishment. The new young guy in Salad Bar working afternoon - evening,very friendly, polite, love his job, but he need to be or looks more.... secure and confident, I mean the tone of voice when he approaches to the customers, he will be fine if he polish that aspect ;-) All the best to all of them ???????????????????? This Bakery has a lot of homemade products Kosher, I love their salads in the Salad Bar section, you can created your own sandwich or take away salad bowls combinations.
Love the cakes! Had to come here before going back to Belgium to bring home the delicious cookies and cakes...
