Had an excellent quality take away from Ginger Leaf Saturday evening, every item ordered was of top quality, delicious flavours, piping hot still after a 10 minute drive home, honestly some of the best poppadoms I've ever tasted - so light, crisp and dry, Chicken Jalfrezi and Sag Aloo both really good flavours and superb quality all round. Highly recommended if you're looking for a good curry house in Powys. Very polite and friendly staff too. Thank you.
Busy takeaway busy inside dining. A good sign. Much improved from 2 years ago a delicious range of well cooked curries from Bangladeshi to the usual curry favourites. A bit if a delay to serve mains but worth the wait and understandable. Cash only. Bring your own bottles of alcohol. There is no licence to sell alcohol but no corkage fee. Garlic and honey naan is inspired!

What a fab find in Builth Wells. We happened accross it wondering down the high street on a Monday evening looking for somewhere to eat and we’re so glad we went in. Vast traditional menu, and freshly prepared and cooked. We ordered to much as usual, but wanted to try some of the Bangladeshi traditional dishes , which were gorgeous. They’re newly opened so as long as they maintain what they served up to us last night they’ll be difficult to get into soon.
The Food was absolutely fantastic, I had a slight tweak to my order which was dealt with accordingly. We were the only 2 in the restaurant which was nice. However the music that was playing in the background kept been interrupted by some game that seemed to be played by the staff. At the end of the meal we were left sitting there waiting to pay, whilst the staff played on phones. Apart from the small complaint I have just stated, I would certainly eat there again.
Called in for for a takeaway while camping, very accommodating, nice food, price competitive, although at ~£14 for a Biriani is a bit expensive.
Lamb Rogan Josh and sag paner were really not very tasty at, well below average on my experience and no where near the quality in Zeera, Llandrindod.
Amazing restaurant with a huge variety of tasty dishes. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere. We liked it so much we ate there 4 times on a weeks holiday.
