Great experience with this repairer. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a high quality repair. Their customer service was great and the mechanics were very friendly and did an amazing job. I was worried that my paint would never look the same after the damage, and was shocked at how well it turned out as my car was an unsual colour. Obviously a very skilled paint tech.
Shout out to Neil and Tina who were faultless.

The whole experience was shocking. Sent a driver to drive my damaged car back to the repair shop when i stated that is nott drivable. Sent a trailer 5 days later. Repair took nearly 2 month, the completion date was pushed back 3 times. Finally a day before Christmas it has been completed but they couldn't deliver it because there was no driver. They closed for Christmas so had to collect my car on the 3rd of Jan.
During the whole process from 11/11/23 - 03/01/24 i have received 1 phone call!! Absolutely zero customer service. No apology nothing when i collected the car. A very unhappy customer. I used them throu my insurance company company
The car repairs were excellent. The car was returned as if new. The courtesy car was very smart. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The repair time was as specified and my car was returned to my home cleaned inside and out. Communication was very good. All in all a very good experience. Can highly recommend.
My car was in at Impact for crash repairs, and other than a slight hiccup where it needed to go back again for realignment (which was done by the next day & they left me with a nice courtesy car in the interim), everything seems to have been spot on.
Special mention to Tina who is an A1 example of how customer service should be done and a credit to the company - she is patient, friendly, helpful and considerate; thank you Tina.
Sean (Shaun?) who did the running backwards and forwards with my car was equally a total pleasure to deal with - really nice bloke, good to chat to. Won't hold it against him for leaving my radio on "Gold Radio" I think it was!

Unprofessional and unethical company. Unacceptable bad service. customer service. Car was sent via insurance, quoted a different amount initially for repair and shooted the price by 30% after the work is done and convincing me that the total amount is below my insurance excess. They should ethically charge for the work involved. Also handed my car in an unacceptable condition with additional scratch marks on right bumper panel. Avoid this company. Totally unsatisfied customer...
I went today to get a quote for my car on some bodywork that needs doing after I had my car keyed all down the one side. I was spoke to very rudely by the woman in the office. Who first said, they are too busy to take on any work other than insurance jobs, then when I raised an eyebrow to this, she said unless I wasn’t desperate to get it done then they could book me in for April. I said that was fine as I could wait. She then said she would take my details for someone to contact me for a consult on the car. Whatever that means. So when I asked her for someone to look at the car today for a quote, she informed me it would cost £25. When questioned, she said that it is taking time out of the worker so I had to pay for it. She obviously didn’t want my business as it does say on the website free quotes. So I left pretty disgusted.
Amazing service. Got my car back better than how it was before it went in! The whole team are friendly and reliable, always got a answer and a update on my car. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
My car went in to be repaired , came back with a screw missing off the wheel arch and a faulty clip holding it on. Photos were sent to them of the missing screw and the faulty clip and a phone call and emails to company explaining problem . Car collected today and returned with clips to wheel arch still broken , I was told this loose wheel arch was normal and the car had been looked at by an experienced technician and a manager. Pointed out fault to delivery driver, who could hear and feel the loud click the broken clip made , he rang the manager , car now gone back for the 3rd time , for a technician to fix it (again) . Despite all this not a single phone call of apology off the manager , total inconvenience to myself . The manager gets the poor receptionist to deal with things instead which isn’t fair on her . I would avoid this garage as the technicians are clearly not qualified to even replace a screw . I had no choice as it went through the insurance company . I am waiting for the return of my car to see if it’s been fixed or not . The least I would have expected was a phone call of apology off the manager , maybe there’s a bouquet of flowers on the way !
