Amazing service, had a flat tyre on a country road due to pothole. I phoned Ilkeston Tyre Centre and they were very responsive. They came out in their van quickly, offered me multiple options to fix it and did all this at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this company!
After having bad experience at another high street garage I travelled to Ilkeston Tyre Centre (50 mile round trip) based on the previous good reviews. I was seen to straight away and the guys found the issue and resolved it. I asked them to carry out front wheel alignment also which they provided a full report showing the start and finished results of the alignment. Drove back home and no issues with steering or vibration anymore so a happy customer. I have seen the negative post on here about someone's wheels being damaged by the wheel alignment. This is not possible and I had no damage to mine after having the same alignment done. Great service, quick and friendly and good prices. Will use again. Chris in the Nissan Leaf EV
Don’t do in this place 4 wheel alignment , scratch all 4 alloys got photo before and after , only find out at home . Worse place , try to sad them this issue , get answer Hello - I can assure you them scratches are not from when you came down here matey them scratches are from yourself catching the alloys on the kurb if we scratched it it would've been a line going around the alloy not them chips like on yours.

They are all very helpful! I had 2 flat tyres because of those crazy potholes, and the lock nutt was hard to remove so I phoned them and Brother Omar, the boss, came himself to my house to help me with changing the tyre. They also give very good prices. Definitely recommended! Will come again. Thanks Ilkeston Tyre.
Phoned up on Saturday afternoon asking for a last minute 4 wheel alignment and new alloys to be fitted. They told me to bring the vehicle down and they managed to do it all on the same day whilst juggling other customers.
There is a recent negative review regarding the 4 wheel alignment on here, I'm not quite sure how they could've damaged the alloys? They mount the tracking sensor to the wheel and leave it whilst they make the adjustments, I don't possibly see how they could've caused any damage - especially with the staggered scratches you see. The tracker stays stationary. I personally had no issues and my brand new black alloys were still spotless...
All in all, really happy with the service and competitively priced too.
I went in today to have my Landrover’s alignment done. My steering wheel was a bit off centre too. Quite possibly some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. Good effort. The car is straight as an arrow now too. Definitely will be using in the future
Contacted them for a price at 5pm last night, the quote was in line with other quotes but they were able to order the tyres and fit them the next day. So glad I went with them. All the staff were so friendly yet professional. Highly recommend them. Fitted in under 30 minutes.
