Booked me in quite quickly and the chap that dealt with my car was very friendly and reasonable, doing only the work that was necessary and saving me a lot of money on things that didn't need to be done yet.
I called in on the off chance that they could help me with an electrical issue on my van. They were recommended to me by a family member so I took a chance. I don't regret it, they were friendly and very helpful. And very fairly priced. I left my van with them and was called a few hours later to say that it was done and ready to collect. I will definitely see these guys again with any of my van issues ????
Been using this garage for over 7 years as they were family friends, however I recently took my Mercedes’ C-Class to them for a routine B3 oil service and after driving the vehicle approx 15 miles my oil light came on then after driving a further 5 miles the engine completely seized due to oil loss. The garage were very un helpful in my case and instead blamed it as a coincidence and it was my own fault for driving with the engine light on… I don’t think anyone would expect an oil light to come on their dashboard after driving no more than 20 miles after having this routine oil service carried out and in result the engine completely seized. I have tried to claim against this garage and in order to re-coup some of the repair costs back which equates to over £6,000 however this garage have not accepted any liability and will not offer any help.
PLEASE AVOID THIS AWFUL GARAGE, THEY OVER CHARGE YOU AND THEY HAVE MADE ME LOSE OVER £6 grand to repair my car for something which they caused!
I have only found this place this year as recommended by another garage and I must say they provide a excellent service including your first point of contact Leanne. Very efficient, friendly and flexible to work around you.
I have been here a few times this year and the service just gets better. You can see they highly value their customers and it proves as people like myself return back.

Our car had a fault one hour before my sons driving test. These guys took us in immediately, did the repair within 15 min, told my son to do his best and sent us in our way! They were angels- such a warm, caring family environment that knew right what to do! Thank you, Salisburys!!
Untrustworthy, extortionate and dishonest. These people have a very loose relationship with the truth and should be avoided at all costs.
The response to this review is also full of untruths and inaccuracies. AVOID.
This garage is a recommendation from a friend of mine who has known them for a long time. 20 years plus, and I had my brakes fixed here for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them to anyone getting their car fixed, their experience and their expertise will see you through.

After taking a car down today was told I should have dropped it off first thing, and the car could not be looked at? I booked it in a week ahead as wanted to keep the work with that garage that had originally been so helpful.
On this occasions let down. Would not use going forward.
