My battery ran out and I was stuck in London from Liverpool I went to isa motors in hiter green and they kindly helped me and got me back on the road very friendly customer service thank you soo much
I personally did not have great experience.
Took my car to get repaired was recommended by different garage.long shorty short they bumped me . They charged my £400 to change Knox sensor which I had already purchased . Already charged me £500 previously to change catalytic converter. After changing it he told me catalytic converter was fine so why not test or Diagnose it before fitting ?
When I asked for receipt made a big deal and Didn’t notice but when I checked receipt later they put on receipt they charged me that price as they changed o2 sensor and Knox sensor? I changed o2 sensors myself !
Very unhelpful and charged my so much money and my car is still not fixed ! NEVER EVER GOING THERE!
After researching further notices my car had different issue and they just BUMPED me ! Came to pick up car after work they were sitting gambling and drunk and Hmmm not Trust worthy ! Maybe for simple jobs but dodgy vibes.
Next day is tried to change my spark plugs and coil and on cylinder was full of oil ! I had checked my coil pack before and was fine .
Long story short ! Dodgy and bumped me nicely. Lesson learnt but never going there.

Paid agreed price for service and new rear brake pads, discs and callipers. After payment I found out that they had only replaced one rear calliper, not the one that was seized. Now going to have to go to another garage to get this fixed. I wouldn’t dare use them again at any price.

Cant give 0 stars. Worst service I did receive in 20 years driving. Rude boss, only the mechanic listen to me.
Avoid it even if is the only garage available on the area, will not fix the problem on your car because didnt check as it should be. Changed the fuel filter, after 1 hour driving did lost all the diesel by the filter they changed, it was not even the problem, but charged £140 for nothing, boss didn't want to refund any penny. AVOID.
