Fantastic service for us personally as well as the car. Faced with no throttle cable and unable to source , Ian fabricated a new cable at a cost similar to a spare part new purchase!

Staff are brilliant as is the service. Been having my car MOT'd and any work needed doing since I moved here 4 years ago and couldn't fault them one bit.
At 1st Young Driver Training my car is my livelihood, so entrusting my sickly Mini Cooper to any garage means lost earnings. Ian and his team made the experience as short and efficient as possible (an overnight stay). Given the complexity of the fault (an electrical short throwing up spurious warning lights, along with an enforced 'limp' mode).
Lesser garages would have replaced 'faulty' components (circa £500 each (potentially 2 to choose from)) and then finally realise it was the wiring, charging a client for all unnecessary parts used **BMW Mini are, in my experience, one of the culprits.
Ian's team got straight to the heart of the problem and, in my estimation, saved me circa £1k by getting it right first time.
I will not hesitate to recommend I & M motors and will certainly return myself (though hopefully not in the near future)!
