Excellent customer service by all the ladies and gents that work there. Very prompt and efficient. They dealt with my issue very quickly. Lovely shop, very clean. I've lived in this area all my life and this is one of the best run chemists the area has had. Lovely to see they moved to bigger premises recently.
Thanks so much to this wonderful pharmacy. I came in with my daughter on Saturday and was given the best care and advice. Pharmacist sent me to the doctors with information of what she thought my daughter’s rash was and justified why. I got an appointment today and the doctor agreeed with her diagnosis. This rash has been there for months and no one helped and it was impossible to get an appointment. But, I think her name was Judy and she was a lovely pharmacist. Gave me so much time and was so kind with my daughter. Thank you so much Hyde Park for going above and beyond.
I had an amazing experience discussing my daughters problem with Judith the pharmacist she listened to me over the phone and seen my baby face to face and recommend medicine which saved my day from running to doctor not only once I rang her many times with the same problem and each time she was so sweet to guide me through it and solved the problem I am so so happy to meet her. Thank you ever so much.
I bought some new type of scabies treatment last week. Salts that I put on and a cream over night. I needed to do it for three nights. I was skeptical but I gave it a go. And I can say, other than some dry patches on my skin. The rash has completely gone.
Thank you to the team there. After 10 failed attempts with premetrin cream, I am shocked now.

I was diagnosed with skin cancer and struggled to find Efudix cream as suppliers were out of stock. After phoning how many chemists I called Hyde Park. The pharmacist was so helpful and he had checked and had stock. He went online and dispensed the medicine, I told him I could only come Saturday, he offered to post it to me. I phoned next day and asked could my friend fetch it, not a problem. When she got there it was ready at collections. Amazing experience, he went out of his way to help me, I will definitely recommend them, the service is brilliant!
