A few weeks ago I desperately needed medication.
It was close to closing time and the pharmacist very kindly waited for me to get there. I actually do not know how I would have made it through the night without the medication and to have the reassurance from the pharmacist that he would wait for me to get there - I was so relieved.

Such a good service! I went to the pharmacy about 5/10 minutes after their closing time although the doctor was still inside. I said it’s an important medication I need and Tahir has kindly helped me.

Brilliant pharmacy. Doctor ordered some medicine to be collected from another pharmacy but they didn't have it so I called up Hyatt and they said no problem, come and collect in 30 mins. Really great service. 5*
I have used this pharmacy several times and have always experienced great customer service. The opening times are great and the availability of medication and feasibility to order is fantastic. My local pharmacy. Very very happy with both the service I receive and the atmosphere in the pharmacy. Super helpful with advice, and my impression is that they're active in supporting new/trainee pharmacists, as I seem (I'm old so it might be my memory) to see different faces regularly.
Short story long, I will hopefully be a patron until my need for medicines has passed.
I switched to Hyatt Pharmacy about two years ago, and I've never looked back. They are very courteous and polite. I usually phone them up to check on my medicines and they always help. Their extended opening times are great! And on top of that, they offer delivery! They've even delivered without prompting a few times when I didn't get around to going myself. This has been a lifesaver and extremely convenient. Thank you, Hyatt, your services are very, very appreciated.
