My friend and I visited the lounge and it had a beautiful ambiance. The service was great, staff were attentive and resilient. There was a range of items to choose from on the menu which was lovely to see and the prices were reasonable too. the service was fantastic and warm welcoming ,would recommend! ????????

We came up from London for the day and were looking for somewhere to have dessert and chai when we came across Huqqa Lounge. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing with not only great music but an impressive array of delicious desserts, and very friendly staff who welcome you and care about your comfort and experience.
We would highly recommend a visit!
We come to this lounge very regular and the service we get here it’s really really great and excellent. The manager Mohsin is the best guy, he always knows how to give good customer service and he is very polite and makes our day very good . Flavours are amazing and the desserts are the best. Thanks for everything Mohsin!
Customer service is honestly a 6/5. Mo welcomed us perfectly. Deserts and shisha were lovely and I’ll definitely be back here again.

Best lounge I've been to. Very consistent. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Mohsin the Manager is an absolute STAR. He's very hospitable and respectful. The lounge has become a regular spot for my social groups. They play live sports, have plenty of different types of seating arrangements, it's a great place to remote work during the day too. Best of all, the regulars who come here are very friendly and respectful, it is honestly a cornerstone of the community here. It's somewhere where you feel welcomed and valued and that can't be said in regards to a lot of lounges. Most importantly, as with all lounges, if you respect the house rules, the establishment will respect you.
They have plenty of original and high quality flavours, the coal service is great, the desserts are excellent. It's honestly a 10/10 place
Do yourself a favour and visit this Huqqa place !The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in our mouths- we opted for the waffles and the cookie dough! Absolutely the best dessert we ever had , greeted by Hiba & Saif ( Managers) with a warm friendly welcome , Highly recommend!outstanding service received, thank you so very much- cannot wait to come back and try more !
