Booked in to fix my rear parking sensors. They scanned it and found the issue, rang me to tell me that they don’t have time to solve it and the next available appointment was in 3 weeks time. Maybe bear in mind how long the job could take before booking it in?
So I have parking sensors that still don’t work, and I’ve paid £30 for a diagnosis I didn’t ask for. Cheers guys.

Took my car to hudson this morning after my car had work on it from a bmw garage on Friday. There was an awful noise coming from underneath the car, hudsons took it for a drive while I was in the car to detect where the noise was coming from, they even drove me back home! Hudsons found out what the problem was and solved in straight away.
Honestly the mechanic that worked on my car was so lovely, I think his name was Mike. I will never be taking my car else where now!
On holiday in goldmells. Managed to my get my car stuck over a kerb. Came out to free it about 3 hours after phone call. No messing. Job done in 5 minutes. What a relief. Many thanks to the 2 friendly mechanics that dealt with it
Took a vehicle here for an mot, unfortunately it failed. However wear and tear can not be helped. When I got the call to say that it had failed, the guy on the phone said "I wish you'd never bought it in, in that state". He have me a list of things that were supposedly wrong with it. So I took it to a mechanic who fixed a wheel bearing and a fractured coil spring. I fixed the bulb myself, then proceeded to look through the list. That stated things were rotten or badly damaged, after inspecting these I found no fault. Believing that I was being conned and they were trying to get me to pay for work that didn't need to be done. I took my chances and booked an mot with a well established and more reputable company. Surprise surprise it went straight through without even 1 advisory item. I for 1 will never be returning or making any recommendations to this company. Avoid unless you want to be ripped off
