Absolutely disgusting. Toilets looked like this upon arrival, under the bed had weeks worth of dust and mess. The rooms are cleaned every 2 days, no breakfast or room service options. We were given 1/2 roll of toilet paper for 4 people to share, there was no one to call for more when we realised we needed more in the middle of the night. When we wanted to check out early, they kept our money and refused to refund. Stay away from this place, the owner has no customer service.
One star for atmosphere and good service. Zero stars for food. Mediocre to not so good italian. Ordered a glass of white wine that was clearly watered down. Told the waitress as much, and was provided a glass of red with the same problem. How basic italian so be prepared so badly is a mystery. Previous visit 8 months prior was OK. Too bad food has gone from decent to bad - nicely renovated interior and attentive waitress. Hopefully a new chef arrives...

We are waiting almost 1hr and we’re about to order the guys told us that they don’t have available cheese to fondoe, ,but we can order pizza or anything ,the two old guys shout and said get out with out saying sorry.. they are racist as we are Asian.we are really feel bad as they shouted to us get out!I had burst too as 2 of the old waiter shouted at us get out!get out!
L’hôtel est simple mais propre, mais cher, compte tenu du bruit ( sur la route principale qui traverse Saint-Cergue) et sans petit déjeuner.
Le patron (ou gérant?) n’est pas très avenant. Heureusement que la cuisine du restaurant le soir est bonne et la serveuse que nous avons eue, charmante.
Very bad service!they let us in and waited for 30mins and we told them our order then they told us kitchen is closed..rude service in the restaurant!i badly recomend this restaurant!????????????????????????????????

Pizza pas bonne, les suplements pas mis mais facturer et pas la bonne pizza faite...
