BMW 320 GT
My car brakes were very bad, I went to two different garages for check up .
One said calliper is not working, another garage said ABS System is not working,
Brakes were so bad I could hit the car.

They fixed my brake issue and charged me very reasonably.I neither had to replace the ABS braking system nor the brake calipers

Very positive visit to HT, fitted me in the very next day for a subframe inspection on my BMW E46 330Ci, whereas BMW were giving me a wait time of nearly 3 weeks which was just unrealistic for me. Will definitely be using HT again in the future.
Today was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with this company, and believe me, I use their services all the time. I brought my issue to their attention, and they assured me they would inspect it. Hours later, they finally bothered to call me.
He had the audacity to begin by stating that it was undoubtedly the disc and insisted that I return on Monday. I sarcastically replied, "Sure, go ahead and rope me in." To my disbelief, he then demanded that I pay £105 for the mere one hour they spent inspecting the brakes and disc. I was absolutely appalled and couldn't help but question if he was playing some kind of sick joke on me. Unfortunately, he was dead serious.
I will never, ever, under any circumstances use them again, and I strongly advise you to exercise extreme caution before entrusting your vehicle to this establishment.
Do not approach this company! Only wanted to fix my cars headlight and brake. LEFT outside for a week and said there are 5-6 faults. Took it back to my friends garage and said HT bmw specialist had been messing with it and they try to hide their mistake.
Very rude owner (old man). Horrible customer service. Unless you want to have rude service then feel free to go there. Just to add to that, they also priced my uncles car higher after making more faults and they dont allow you to watch inside as they are doing the increase faults.
My car has a satin red wrap and i came back the next day and another car door hit my drivers car which scratched the wrap of my car on the drivers side. Spoke with the owner and denied responsibility. Denied showing me the cctv. They do NOT CARE. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I have done full service and MOT with these guys, They are really good and with good intention. My car failed MOT , however they managed to fix the issue and ordered and replaced the part needed. They really gave me a good price for the repair compared with other quotes I had checked. I will use them again for sure and will recommend
Had high hopes that our car issue would be resolved seeing as this company claims to be specialist.
Unfortunately it was us that had to do all the chasing after leaving the car with them. Only to be told they couldn't help... Paid for a diagnostic test for no resolution.
