I have been using HRS garages for more than 15 years now, and I have experienced nothing less than quality service with all my trips. Clift and his team are extremely professional in their conduct and very knowledgeable when it comes to matters of the vehicle. I have brought every car I have owned to them and they’ve always done a superb job at very competitive prices. They are all friendly and make you feel comfortable, as being a female can sometimes make you feel intimidated when dealing with vehicle maintenance, as I am definitely not savvy in this area at all, and these guys explain things in simple and easy to understand terms.

Great garage been using for years would highly recomend. Always try to fit me in if needed. Reasonably priced, friendly staff trust these guys with my car. If you want a decent garage that will get the job done then try these guys.
I bought a car and wasn’t sure I had done the right thing. HRS have carried out an MOT and given me advice and guidance about the car. They were professional and I will definitely use them again ????
I’m not one of those people who complain about things but I feel l have to about the service l received from this garage
Took my car here for a new crank shaft pulley because it was making a funny noise
Ok job done
But on receiving the car back three days later my wife lost all power to the car on a corner at 7 30 in the morning while on her way home from work
After calling a recovery truck to take back to the garage the reception I received was far from acceptable the attitude was disgraceful
The serpentine belt had come off and I was told it wasn’t anything that they had done wrong and was charged a additional £120 to put it right
I’ve spoken to two different mechanics who have told me the serpentine belt came off because of because they didn’t do the job properly in the first place
So I will never use this garage again and advise no one else to use it
I would recommend these guy's, car was booked in day 1 and diagnosed and part ordered by 3pm and replaced item on day 2 and called to keep me updated throughout.

I moved to Stechford 3 years ago. I've struggled to find a decent trustworthy garage then I come across h.r.s I'm glad I did great service and prices staff are just amazing and very helpful no bull sh-t just fantastic little garage STUART
Took my camper in for its MOT, excellent service and friendly staff. They even called to get me in earlier on the day due to a cancellation. Would highly recommend.
