Most trustworthy garage. I have used them regularly for service and MOT of BMW and Audi for the last 20 years which says it all. Very patient spends time in identifying problem by replacing only essentials. Everyone in my workplace uses them. No hesitation in recommending them. Best in 100 mile radius!!
First time using this Garage. Took my car in for an MOT, thankfully it passed with no issues, car was clean and tidy when I returned to collect it.

The staff were polite and seemed knowledgeable, the waiting area basic but clean , close to town , generous car parking, accessible front door.
On arrival I was seen to by a very friendly mechanic. What impressed me was the condition of the garage. Clean and everything in its place. As soon as the work had been completed I was given a phone call. This excellent service has convinced me to use Howatson and Partington again
They were great with my mums are this week when it broke down and had to be towed there. Fixed within a few hours for a reasonable price. She had taken it to another garage a few times when it was playing up but they said it was fine instead of trying to fix it. I won’t take it anywhere else now
Very good!! They look after you there! My engine light came on on a day that I needed to drive from Wrexham to Newport and I phoned up and they fitted me in straight away to look at the car, which I greatly appreciated, and they looked at the car for me and sorted everything out and I was then able to get back on the road to Newport feeling very reassured that my car would get me there and back and it sure did!! So thank you very much.
