Nice enough coffee, we had "home made" soup as per the description on the menu. I waited for the coffees to be made up at the counter and could see them opening the cans of soup in the kitchen area! Did wonder how they could offer a choice of 4 soups! A bit naughty...
We had a great all day breakfast. The service was excellent and the food arrived quickly and was great quality. Would definately go back next time I visit Bognor Regis. Thanks to all the staff for their friendly assistance.
Hungover so went here ordered breakfast A but asked for no chips , these guys were going to charge me the same price £9.95 so I said could I have extra bacon . They gave me one rasher . The breakfast which in their defence was nice turned up with a half slice of fried bread . So I went and asked for two slices of bread and butter and went to walk back to my table when a moody women said you got to pay for that . I said no problem £1 . No complimentary toast no complimentary cup of tea . Breakfast cost £12.70 my mates told me there’s a better cafe with much happier bosses just round the corner and half the price , guess where we went next two days .
Have been to Howard's Caf'e to have meal many times now. Food is hot good selection staff friendly cheerful always speak. Café is clean and table's clean and cleared quickly. I recommend this Caf'e
A nice little cafe/restaurant in the town center.
Quick service and friendly staff.
Fairly priced and our meals were good and of decent portion.
But a HATE peas lol!! Wife asked for beans with my Liver and bacon, it's weird but anyway, even the girl on till was a little taken back and asked if we still wanted gravy.
However what turns up, Liver Bacon, chips and flipping peas!!! Hence the 4 star.

Service efficient, not too pricey and decent choice on the menu. Toilets no more than ok.
Handy location with tables outside and outside under cover of the arcade.
Large portion (omelette) - tasted good at the time but a bit of a dodgy stomach now. Just checked the food hygiene rating and it's 3/5. Prices were pretty expensive too.
Probably one of the poorest breakfast ive had. And why half a slice of bread, come on guys theres more space on this plate then there is food! Talk about being tight.... Even the mushrooms are lonely. Won't be going back and would only recommend if your appitite is non existent and you like screaming kids.
