I broke down today coming off the M62 and called the company. Alex was with me in less than 30 minutes from when I made the call. He was super friendly. Alex also made sure my car was safely delivered to my desired garage and made it so I was able to get home safely. Highly recommend.
Today I had the pleasure of meeting Alex. From the minute of the job being accepted, he was fantastic. He called prior to arrival giving me an ETA and when he arrived; he helped with the tranship which was not his responsibility but was more than happy to give a helping hand. He got the job done safely, quickly and had a pleasant drive back to our site. He is a breath of fresh air compared to most grumpy recovery drivers! Such a lovely person and experience!
The staff are Hough Green Garage Rochdale are fabulous!! They go above and beyond to help you regardless of your predicament!! Alex and Adrian in particular were amazing because they were so helpful getting my car ready and clearing it out. My car had ended up there because it had broken on a roundabout. All the guys there are so professional and unbelievably helpful and sympathetic to people’s situation.

Yesterday my car was taken home after it had broken down on the way to work by Alex. He was a very friendly, helpful and professional gentleman who took my car all the way from Bolton to our local garage in higher Openshaw. I would like to say a massive thank you to him for all his help and for finding out what the problem was with my car

Just had Alex pick my van up , phoned to let me know he was on his way to collect and explained to me exactly where he was taking my van and the process ! Then text me to let me know the van was safe and in storage . Very professional , and top guy .
Broke down on my way home from work last week. Alex made a horrible situation so much better with his lovely friendly attitude. He also rang with an eta for me and arrived within half an hour of me ringing the breakdown company. Thanks Alex! ????
A big thank you to the staff at Hough Green Garage today. Excellent, polite and friendly service when collecting my belongings following my accident yesterday. Nice to see that there are still helpful people about in the trade. Even offered me a cuppa at their brew time. Would highly recommend them.
