Car got stuck in gear today whilst in Chester City Center. After going through breakdown, the scheduled time was 12.15, but Craig from Hough Green Garage came out at 11.30! The car was in a awkward position, but Craig was great and got the car back to my house in very quick time. The best part was rather than leaving straight away after recovering the car, he took a few minutes to see if he could help further and he actually managed to fix the car by getting the disconnected gear linkage back into where it should go.
Please pass on my thanks to Craig as he went the extra mile!
Had Paul recover my vehicle today following on from an engine failure. He was friendly and polite and turned up within the hour. Great service!

Danny just fixed my R56 mini which cut out on me on my way to work. He managed to diagnose and fix the loose wire. This is the second time they have come out to me under my autoaid plan in about 10 years, both times have provided great service, the last time was a recovery due to a snapped spring.
They came to my rescue when I smashed my rear window, I was 40miles from home and I cannot fault their service. The driver was very courteous and respectful to 2 helpless females, he couldn’t have been more helpful. Highly recommended
Spoke to Diane on the 'phone who was extremely argumentative and shouted me down insisting that the garage had not seen or removed my children's two car seats. When they then discovered a few days later that they had in fact removed my car seats and temporarily misplaced them there was no apology or anything. I found them to be rude and unprofessional.
Had my van compounded payed to get it out and also payed to get it dropped off at my house when they loaded it on there truck and went to drive out of the building they didn't put roller shutter up high anoughe so they smashed the roof in then told me they have the right to repair it so when I got it back the colour match was not right the roof still has dents and ripples in it also it is now full of body filler when it didn't have before they damaged it they won't give me the city footage so I can show my insurance company how bad the damage is so they can assess what the right repair should be done and have also been told I've got know chance of claiming against there insurance company this company thinks they can do what ever they won't because they work for the police
