Brilliant pub, friendly staff, fit our family if 4 in at short notice and our dog they have a dog friendly seating area inside. Food was excellent, very good sized portions lovely home cooked.
We went here for Sunday lunch whilst on holiday having read reviews. We weren’t disappointed. We’ve booked to go again. Seems very popular with locals so booking advised.
Been twice this weekend. Lovely freshly cooked food great portions and value. Outstanding service. Homemade pie & Hot pot & Gammon tops! Love the chips too.

There’s a separate pool table in a building outside and it’s absolutely stunning, with a TV in there too for matches.

Omg, I've never met a bloke so accomodating. We turned up for a meal but were told that they weren't serving food until later. We had a drink anyway but Dave (the kind gent behind the bar) rang round to see who was serving food. How kind. We walked to the other pub that was serving food (I won't mention their name) but left immediately as it wasn't a patch on the Horseshoe Inn. We returned, had a few more drinks and a lovely meal later on. We felt so welcome. Lovely food, great atmosphere. Thank you.
This is our go-to pub in Hunmanby. It has a very friendly atmosphere, and the food is second-to -none. Prices are very reasonable, and Steve and Dave welcome everyone. Sky TV is available for football and other sports. There is a great quiz night every Tuesday , followed by Play your cards right and Deal or no Deal. A buffet follows, free of charge. There is a very beautiful outdoor area, with a covered smoking area. Flowers and lights are in abundance. The outside of the pub always has beautiful hanging baskets. It also welcomes well behaved dogs. We would not think of going anywhere else. There is ample parking spaces at the rear of the premises.

What a lovely friendly pub, couldn’t do enough for us. Felt very welcomed and comfortable. We didn’t eat, but the food looked and smelled delicious. Will be returning and definitely have food. Fab amenities. What a gem!
