Bruno doesn’t tolerate fools and doesn’t do small talk BUT he really knows his trade and provided a first rate service. Fantastic.
Very well respected, long standing local garage.
Staff very knowledgeable and go out of their way to help. I have been using them for over 20 years for MoT's and repairs. When you find a garage you can trust why change?
Some of the other reviews made me smile though.
The owner will go out of his way to get you back on the road or to keep your car in top condition, and he tells it like it is. All staff there are very friendly and helpful although main-dealer style sugar-coating and BS, in order to empty your wallet, is not the ethos.
If you want your ego massaged then go to a main dealer and pay for the ambiance.
(Main dealer wanted over £1400 to fix an injection fault on my sons car that was finally resolved for £52.)
I want my vehicles fixed professionally and efficiently, and to be told the best course of action to take when I have a problem. Some of my cars aren't that 'new' and sometimes the advice is 'don't spend money on that old cr@p' and that's fine, I don't need flannel and frothy coffee!
Bruno couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly to me this afternoon. I called in a panic as my car was making a terrible metallic scraping noise and I was told to bring it straight round and he put it up on the ramp and everything was sorted, much to my relief. Will definitely be back.
Excellent! Following a breakdown, they couldn't have been more understanding, professional, courteous, efficient, helpful or fast. Reasonably priced, I was leant a free courtesy car, and was treated with 5* politeness. Highly recommended, I will certainly return.
Great service, always happy to help with anything from advice over the phone to fixing and replacing parts at a far cheaper cost than the manufacturers garage. I’ve used this garage for MOT’s, Services, breakdowns and repairs on 2 cars over the past few years. Local and trustworthy

I had a horrible experience here. Being new to the area, I had used them a few times without issue.
But then the last time I needed a repair, there wasnt a suitable courtesy car available, so I took my car to another garage solely based on the courtesy car.
Bruno, the owner questioned me and tried to make me feel bad for going to another garage, as if I had betrayed him in some way. He is rude and unprofessional. A very unpleasant man. I won't be going back ever and I dont recommend!
Absolutely superb service! I wouldn’t get my car MOTd anywhere else.
