the staff are always so lovely and understanding, and as someone who has severe sensory issues they always make sure that i’m comfortable. genuinely not sure where i’d be without them, so thank you so much to all the nurses and receptionists who make it feel like a safe environment x
Used the walk in center.. it was amazing. Short wait. I was given a thorough examination and had my mind put at rest. Lovely attentive staff. Couldn't ask for better!

Terrible. Attended minor injuries with my son and advised to go away and come back later when they're less busy. Came back later but they'd decided to shut the minor injuries early (>2.5 hours) in case they risked having to work after the official closing time!
I was thoroughly disappointed with the treatment we received. I felt judged , I was given biased treatment and invalidated my pain. I left feeling worse than I went in because of it. The receptionist was lovely however.
System doesn’t make any sense , got sent there by the pharmacy to get antibiotics on an educated guess , had to wait 3 hours for them to tell me to go home and there’s nothing that can be done , didn’t take them anymore than 5-10 minutes to figure out what was wrong with me seem very understaffed … also was told to come back Sunday if it gets worse even though the minor injury’s unit says it’s shut this Sunday ???? total disappointment tbh ..
I accompanied my husband who was attending the physiotherapist. Very nice staff and surroundings.
Took my son there on 23/04/23 afternoon with a suspected broken arm from rugby. Turns out it was indeed a nasty break. The team were absolutely wonderful! We were seen pretty much immediately, xrayed twice and plastered well within 1.5 hours. Everyone we saw were all were fabulous, caring, efficient, friendly and helpful, and they even managed to make it a lot of fun and made my son smile throughout! I didn't catch anyones's names, but a massive thank you!
I was on holiday and had an asthma attack , I cannot thank the staff at the MIU , I was greeted by friendly staff and was seen within an hour , the nurse was very thorough and reassured me and gave me advice . I can’t thank them enough .
