Food has gone down hill! Chicken dry and no favour in the chicken curry. Ordered salt and chilli chicken absolutely disgusting. For me the chicken tastes old. Won’t be coming back.
Amazing food, chilli chips were lush. ‘Freddie Man’ served me a little man ( showed in the picture) which I didn’t order.
Used to be good but appalling quality on last visit. Grey veg, burnt prawn toast, inedible squid. I could go on.
Delicious food, freshly cooked, lots of lovely flavours. We especially enjoyed the chow mein and chilli salt chicken.
Used to be a great takeaway but my last meal from there will be my last. The food was horribly bland even though I ordered the option with fresh chilli, the main flavor was the egg fried rice.
Staff were lovely, really nice layout inside (especially the charitable book case) and reasonable prices but the food was pretty not great. We ordered beef satay and chicken sweet and sour balls. Neither dish was particularly great, the former lacked flavour and the latter was really dry and the batter a bit burnt
Honestly, I can’t even put into words how good the chilli salt chips from here are. I used to live nearby and got them all the time, but I moved away and hadn’t had them for 3 years. I’d thought about them a lot so they were top of my list to eat when I got back to Norwich, and they were even better than I remembered. The chips are crunchy, spicy and flavoursome, the little fried bits of celery and chilli are like crack, and the portion size is huge - enough to feed 3 people. I cannot stress this enough that you need to eat these chips.
Decided to stop and get a takeaway passing by based on the good reviews . Floor was so dirty our feet got stuck to it , thought we would try anyways due to the good reviews . £40 wasted . Never had a worse meal , inedible , so much oil , not one item tasted nice . Ribs looked so unappealing Did not even give the food to the dogs ! what a shame
