Carmen, is great always sorts out my food, any problems she sorts it for next time. One of the delivery drivers known as Paddy , is great , so helpful. food good, prices pretty good, shame its not a restaurant. Always my place to go to for a take a way. Just wished they had a menu on line.
We were loyal customers of Hong Kong but it’s gone downhill. Noodles always smell and taste like bleach, sweet and sour sauce tastes like vinegar, chips are always rock hard and the beef is always chewy!
One star is too much in my opinion for this take away, we have ordered from there about 6 times. I had food poisoning once, also sent my noodles back as they tasted and smelt of bleach! They exchanged these. The latest is they served us raw chicken! They offered to make it again, but I will not go there again if they think it's acceptable to serve raw chicken and not bat an eyelid, just offer to replace. I asked for money back
I would avoid
First time ordering for delivery. Ordered well done spare ribs which were done to perfection. Sweet and sour king prawn balls, egg fried rice. Everything was gorgeous. Highly recommended.

Had it delivered to our boat on the canal, not a problem for them. Great portion sizes and great food. Chicken balls were the best batter we've had, light and crispy, not doughnut like and stodgy.
After been let down by our regular Chinese takeaway in Brereton Rugeley, having to wait nearly over 2 hrs and food hadn't even been cooked!! Hong Kong came to the rescue, was told 40- 50mins and certainly kept to there word ???? arrived within 40mins. Service was excellent, food was delivered hot, larger portions and extremely tasty, and alot cheaper. You will definitely be our New favourite Chinese takeaway 5-stars Thank you ????
