No sence of customer service, kid was trying to reach something women on till just gave hand gestures to move away, I am changing my pharmacy to Collins, A miserable place when you are not well, have a training on how to deal with customers ????????????????

Such a lovely and clean pharmacy. Theres so much to choose from in the counter, I always enjoy shopping for my toiletries! Staff are very friendly and helpful. I also get my prescriptions from here, and I dont even have to do much! Which is great for my busy lifestyle! This pharmacy orders my repeat prescriptions and I always receive a text message when its ready! I find this very convenient. Pharmacists, pharmacy staff and just the whole management team, a big thank you for all your hard work and effort. If you guys are looking for a regular chemist to go to, I recommend Honeypot Pharmacy! could give it a 6 stars!????

Unlike a certain drugstore located near to Canons Park Underground Station, this drugstore has consistent pricing of items and friendly staff. This is now my family's go-to drugstore to pickup our healthcare items and toiletries. The pharmacist was attentive and helpful when I was looking to get more information on antihistamine pills and alternatives, unlike the staff at the drugstore located near to Canons Park Underground Station who were arrogant, rude and opportunistic. Thank you, Honeypot Pharmacy!
If you can avoid it then please do that. Very arrogant staff and owner they charge more then double for any private prescription. I used it 2 or 3 times when I was new in this area. Every time bad experience. I think it's family run business, so owner and any staff who was there very arrogant. Once I had private prescription they can check my Pvt doctor's registration on GMC register to verify but they insisted calling doctor and asked him stupid questions. My doctor was really surprised that was first time he had phone call from pharmacist to verify him. There is very good pharmacy round the corner or in morrision I advise to use that rather then this.

Don't bother. They are more interested in selling you the expensive over the counter medicine. Until you point out to them, at the slightly cheaper range, (same drug, they do the same job), they end up charging you double when you take 1. Check your recipet before you leave. Or don't use them to save you the trouble.
