I would like to express my gratitude to Honda Tech for assisting me in resolving an issue with my car.
A few days ago during the night my car alarm randomly started going off every 15 to 20 mins.
I checked all the doors, windows, boot and bonnet to ensure they were properly closed and they were.
I couldn’t figure out why my car alarm was constantly going off.
In the morning I went to 2 garages and asked if they could help me resolve the problem both said No as they didn't have the relevant equipment to do the diagnostic check.
I was advised by both garages to contact Honda as they would have the relevant equipment to do a diagnostic check.
Upon contacting my nearby Honda dealership, I was informed that a diagnostic check would incur a cost of £150. However, they were unable to schedule an appointment until after the new year.
I found myself in an uncomfortable predicament. My car had been triggering random alarms for nearly 12 hours, causing disturbance to the neighbours.
I decided to look further out my current location to see if there were any garages that specialises in Honda.
On Google Honda Tech come up which was 21 miles away from where I live.
Due to the urgent need for a resolution, I contacted them to inquire about available appointments.
When I called I explained what the problem was and I was advised to open the hood and clean both the latch and the surrounding wire, as there is a sensor there, This should resolve the problem.
I did this which fixed the problem.
Honda Tech saved me a £150 and the hassle of a lengthy journey to the garage.

Went to Honda tech with my girlfriends Honda, it had a real bad rattling noise from the alternator but the garage I went to initially told me I had to change the timing chain which was going to cost £1100. But went to Honda tech and Colin fixed all the issues for just £250. Very happy thank you.

I used Honda Tech to resolve an issue with my passenger window as it went down and couldn’t come up. So I called Honda Tech and spoke to Collin, who was very helpful and asked me to drop the vehicle to him so he could look into it. So when Collin managed to find the issue he was able to liaise with me all the through explaining how much the parts and labour would cost. To be honest I feel they have a lot of expertise in Honda cars and cost the fraction of a main dealer. My car is fixed and window is working perfectly.
I would like to thank Collin and his team in resolving the issue and would highly recommend Honda Tech to anyone who needs repairs done.

Very honest, clear and professional in approach with me. I had a gearbox issue and the car would not move. once I had it towed and sent to Honda Tech he had the car fixed ready to go the next day, explaining in detail where the issues were and what needed to be fixed and replaced.
