The place is known for its wide variety of snacks items specially at evening hours. Their menu also includes main course food items as take aways. Ordered their Chicken 78 and Kerala porotta which were very tasty. Quantity and quality really worth special mentions. Prices are also very very reasonable ????????????
If you looking for cheap and best evening snacks ... holy sweets is the best option in salmiya. Not only that, they serve all type of foods as home delivery also. The pothichor (traditional packed lunch with all curries) also a great choice from them.
Good quality South Indian snacks and food at affordable price
A unique combo of bakery and restaurant. Offers variety of bakery items, Indian snacks, masala tea and Indian food. Specifically has more south Indian food options. Bakery items are already packaged, whereas food items are packaged as per the order and are available for take away. Quick service, delicious food and very cheap prices.
Tea and coffee tastes good here. You will get a decent spread of non veg dishes and snacks (Cutlet, puffs, vada, samosas). Limited options for vegetarians, and the food is cold mostly. Of course you can ask them to reheat it.
Almost every South Indian snacks are available here like Samoosa, Bonda, Vadai, Tappioca Biriyani etc.. nice ambience, like Banglore there are 2 table to stand and eat that's all, we need take away. Rates are reasonable. There is another best option for supper ie Set Poratta with Chicken Tika, Thanthoori or Beef Fry for 0.750KD.
We usually end up buying from here most of the time because it doesn't disappoint.. The Kerala Style Chilli Chicken is amazing! Also the snacks in the evening (although it's oily) is amazing!
Among the youngsters, it's famous for its porotta rolls which are very cheap
