We went here for Sunday lunch last weekend and had a really lovely experience. There is plenty of easy parking outside. The interior is very pleasant and homely. The place itself is clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There was an excellent selection including vegetarian option. There is the choice of two courses or three courses and we chose to have all three… portions are good and the food was excellent. Everything was very tasty, hot and homemade. We will be returning and will recommend to anyone wanting good food at a reasonable price.
We ate here several times recently while staying in the area. The food was excellent- my wife particularly loved the Welsh lamb chop in mint jelly.

Went out for an evening meal with my partner to the Hollybrook tonight. I was so impressed with the decor, the service and friendliness of the staff. And when it came to the meal, well what can I say it was outstanding, well presented and so tasty. I highly recommend eating here and we will definitely be visiting again and will recommend to all our friends and family. Well done Hollybrook and thanks again for an enjoyable dining experience.
Lovely room, very clean, the breakfast menu was very varied, we had the poached eggs which were cooked to perfection. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, would definitely return. We ate at the on site restaurant and had a very enjoyable meal
Booked quickly for work via booking.com and got the wrong day.|They still let me in and amended the card so that booking.com didn't charge me again.|The place is very clean and well kept, although I am sure some people would say the decor is outdated. I however like the charm.|The food is standard pub stuff, but it was served with love, so I like it.|I've stayed in some stunning places for the same, or less than £78 I paid, so I imagine a few might raise an eyebrow at the price for what it is.|But ya know what, I like it, and I'd stay again ????
have Sunday lunch here a few times it was lush, so used the B+B this week. Rooms very clean and tidy , well equipped, breakfast was great, even a choice of Full English or Full Welsh.

Had an excellent stay here. Comfortable rooms, good breakfasts, nice reasonably priced evening menu, plenty of free parking, friendly hosts. A few miles north of Carmarthen, close to lovely countryside and within easy distance of beaches.
Stayed at the Inn while visiting Skanda Vale and was very surprised to experience the homely feeling you get at this place. The welcome was warm and the rooms are clean and comfy just like home. The breakfast was great and included options for Vegetarians which was a plus. Wasn't expecting much due to the location but have to admit that I was wrong. It was an overall pleasant experience and would recommend.
