Still the best pharmacy in London - always a 5* service. Been coming here for many years and they’ve never let me down. Mr Patel (the pharmacist) loves to keep every product under the sun, and keeps a very well stocked pharmacy.
He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, especially in times of need. He has always gone above and beyond to get my deliveries to me on time, often at the last minute!
What I like is that Mr Patel takes his time to explain everything to you and makes sure you understand it before you leave. I trust him more than my doctor!
He has helped my family and I over the years, and I recently got my travel shots from him, and he kindly explained all the reasons and needs for each. I will be having my flu shots by him soon.
Would recommend anyone to use this pharmacy.
Highly recommended. I needed to find a certain brand of infant formula at short notice; the proprietor was incredibly helpful, ordering it in for me that day and notifying me by phone when it arrived. So refreshing to receive service like this, thank you again!

accommodating. I have had various health issues recently and can always rely on these guys to take the time to give me great advice and recommendations. Even more handy given the highly convenient location of this pharmacy, local to Holborn station and a short walk away from Tottenham Court Road / Oxford Street.

I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making every visit a pleasant experience. They have a wide selection of medications and even hard-to-find items. Fast and efficient service with a genuine concern for customer health. Highly recommended!
You cannot go wrong with Holborn Pharmacy. This superb, independent establishment epitomizes what a community pharmacy should be. The staff are polite and friendly and the advice given is professional and supportive. There is also an extensive range of reasonably priced products available to customers. It is in the additional services provided, that Holborn Pharmacy truly shines. From travel vaccinations and flu jabs to smoking cessation advice and blood sugar tests this community pharmacy knocks others out of the water. Avoid chain stores like Boots and visit this fantastic location instead.
Very lovely and helpful pharmacists :) They were really well-stocked, being able to give me my prescription that had been out of stock in 5 other pharmacies!
This is a brilliant little independent chemist. My surgery recommended it & after using them for a few months now it’s patently clear why. The pharmacist is exceptionally professional, friendly & efficient. They always seem to have everything, fill prescriptions that are sent immediately, then ring to let one know it’s ready. Upon arrival the pharmacist always recognises one’s name & is ringing up the items within seconds. This is all done swiftly & correctly every time. I’ve never experienced service consistently at this standard anywhere else, not at various Boots & not even at John Bell & Croydon. Add to this that though the shop is very small, it is wonderfully old-fashioned inside & stocked to the brim with both the customary healthcare items as well as traditional scents & grooming products. It’s a charming little gem.
I went to London and sprained my foot. That was awful. However, I went to this pharmacy and I was very well received. The attendant was very polite. The medication that was recommended to me made me get better very quickly. Thank you very much! ????????????????????????????????????❤️
