Thank you to you know who you are, for dealing with my cut leg. I was turned away from Burbage surgery. Great pharmacy, with lovely staff.
Previously used Well Pharmacy and was let down multiple times, but Hinckley Pharmacy has been nothing but fantastic. Extremely polite and helpful staff - I won't go anywhere else now!
Can’t remember the woman’s name but she was working behind the counter today, health care advisor. Went to her about an issue with my eye, was in so much pain. She gave me some solution and was so kind and caring towards me! Very helpful thank you :)
Commented on que jumping despite me waiting my turn. There was 2 Ques. Poor shop layout and it's down to staff to manage the store not customer. Instead of gossiping and talking amongst yourselves just do your job
Very slow and been waiting for 35min for my meds
Truly wonderful staff who are very keen to ensure customers get excellent service. Nevertheless the repeat prescriptions appear to be made up elsewhere and brought to the outlet after completion. My last prescription took 8 days to fill so, reluctantly, I have had to make other arrangements.
They are such a friendly, helpful team. Always take the time to chat with older people.
Every month there is a problem with repeat prescription collections. I would advise not using these for repeats . Very slow , often products are missed , and multiple trips are necessary !
