I’ve been going to this place for years but recently the food has been 10/10, lots of jerk sauce and the chicken is so fresh and full of flavour, had to role put after this!
Pros-
portion size of large meal.
Arrived hot and fresh.
Cons-
The coleslaw is so tiny, not worth £2 at all! It's basically 1 table spoon.
The goat was very boney today, not much meat.
The large chicken soup consisted of 1 boiled dumplin, a couple pieces of boneless chicken, 4 pieces of carrot and that's about it. For a large I'm very disappointed.
I’ve ordered food from here before so felt safe ordering again. Unfortunately the goat soup was not value for money. The containers were not full almost a third below what it should have been.
The food content disappointing around 4 small pieces of goat reduced because mostly bone and 1small piece of yam about 5 carrots and two big flour dumplings. tasted good but my husband wasn’t keen. Lovely delivery driver though.

Friday night takeaway that cost us £300.00
I had ordered from them back in 2023 December the meal was authentic, good all over stew chicken , since that order I had tried to order several times on a Friday and the orders are usually cancelled as they have rund out even as early as 6.30 we even went in person to avoid disappointment but same issue, anywho last week Friday I placed an order for £30 2 meals and 2 small sides , coleslaw in a hotel jam sized container will cost you £2.00 roughly about a table spoon ? Same with the plantain, (I had no idea this was the case) the meal never arrived so I ordered another set of meals and more sides , the issue I had was I contacted them and informed them the food had not arrived, they said it definitely left and I put it down to a technical error on Ubers part as there was no tracking for the order on the app, what I noticed in speaking to the manager also the owner is his inability to listen to me at every point he would over talk me , given I was calm not shouting this was weird, it inevitably stopped him from understanding the issue which I would have thought he would be interested in. Anywho I ordered another meal and thought I would take it up with Uber later for the refund, so spent another £25 had to change the meals as the original ones had run out, this was over the space of 1 hrs, the food arrived and this is when I learnt that the table spoon of coleslaw was £2 , then the surprise biggest of all the stew chicken was littered with small chards of bone, I could take one mothfull without spitting out about 10 small bones at a time most irritating and a bit vile as i was constant spitting onto my own plate and getting toopicks to take out the crushed bone in my teeth, ewww , my partner was so unlucky that he chipped a tooth on one of the bones and the repaid was quoted at £255.00 how we wished we went somewhere else missing food, poor poor customer service, and then bone chard stew chicken (what part of the chocken did they use) why were there chards of bone? I can't imagine what happened in the kitchen , needless to say I won't be ordering from there again might as well go Hakkasan pay £500.00 get what we order leave with all our teeth in tact.
Boss said the oxtails good here… they also said the patties good… he was not joking.
The Jerk pork was nice...and they shared mine exactly how I requested it.
Food is of a consistent quality, never hit and miss like other places.
Portions v generous too, i.e. not curried bones in lieu of goat. 5 stars.
Music very laud on sunday night... You know people leaving around you need to wake up early to go work????? This Is so disrespectful i am tryng to sleep but i can't is 00:15
