Called today for COVID booster vaccination. Was most impressed with how efficient the staff were, being disabled a young lady assisted filling out the form, the nurse excelled giving the vaccine and in no time was on my way. As such credit must be awarded to the workforce thank you so much
Took my daughter today for her first COVID jab. The nurse was friendly and comforting to my obviously afraid daughter, helped her stay calm and gave her a balloon when all finished.
Also was able to see is pretty quickly after we arrived (even though we were 20mins early)
I have been trying for almost two weeks to order my repeat prescription but no one answers the phone! I visited the premises for a Covid booster and tried to order one while I was there, but the assistant behind the counter suddenly said "No more orders today!" and I was asked to ring for one or call back later. At 89 years old I just can't walk from my home to Hill Top Pharmacy that easily!
PREJUDICED AND UNPREPARED STAFF
I went to this pharmacy to get my second Covid jab and was attended by what I believe was a NHS nurse, although i'm not sure. Completely unprepared and ignorant of the laws of her own country, she asked me why I didn't have a NHS number, which she shouldn't have done in the first place, but I politely replied saying i was here as a tourist. After that, she rudely proceeded to ask inappropriate, private questions, implying that I was in the country illegally. That wasn't the case and even if it was she couldn't prevent me from being vaccinated, as the law mandates. She even ASKED TO SEE MY PASSPORT STAMP, which is unacceptable, and I said she shouldn't ask that, but ended up showing it in the hope that I would get vaccinated and finally leave. It didn't work and the insinuations continued. Tired of the treatment, I thanked her and left the place. She then approached my boyfriend, who is British and was accompanying me, and asked him "if there was something about me that he wasn't telling". Looking back, I realized I should have called the police. Ultimately, i recommend avoiding this place.
Can't beat this pharmacy, the girls are amazing, never anything too much trouble to help sort things, what's best is the speed, quick service 10/10 ladies thank you
Used to be good and reliable..trying to find out when my prescriptions coming as i need it tomorrow have phoned my gp just to check it had been done and it was issued on the 3rd ..tried phoning hilltop to see where it is and they cant even pick up the phone..
Went to this pharmacy today for my covid booster jab and it was great. Really helpful staff and very friendly.
Also looks like a nice well-stocked local pharmacy!
