We ended up completely stuck due to the storm damage after a 9/10 hour journey up to see family. We couldn't make it to our destination and we had our one year old in the back. We came across the Highland Bridge Hotel and asked for help. I have never met such a lovely team of people. They accommodated us immediately and made us feel safe and welcome. They had also been affected by the storm, but they rallied together to make sure we were well looked after and fed. Our room was clean and cosy and we couldn't hear a thing outside. The pub was lovely and very much needed that night! Our son had no idea there was anything wrong and loved every minute of being there. They made him smile and it was like we knew them. |We had to leave early as we had nothing with us (the other family members had them!) It means we didn't get to say a proper thank you.|So thank you so much for all your help, kindness and warmth. It means more than you could know x
Stayed for 2nights. Owners extremely welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. Nice wee hotel with good rooms and very clean. Bonus having a pub attached to it with pool and darts for evenings. Would highly recommend

Great reception from the hotel manager who showed us to our room. Very comfortable room, slept like the dead the hotel was so quiet. Provided us a lovely continental style breakfast. Really good value for money and a good stopover on our journey.
Nice enough place. Does what it says on the tin. The room was clean and not too many complaints. The shower was good. We didn’t eat here as we went over the road. The bar downstairs got a bit lively on the Saturday night. Which wasn’t a problem as far as we were concerned. If you just want somewhere to lay your head that’s clean and comfortable then this is the place.
I had an excellent stay at the Highlands Bridge Hotel while walking the Great Glen Way. The manager, Karen, was very friendly and helpful. The room and the hotel generally were clean and pleasant. I'd stay there again without hesitation.

My advice ...||Steer clear of this place, its been months since the so called manager said we would get an refund and still no refund ! ||This place needs major investment, the room we were given was cramped and damp... shower was cold n moldy, bar was closed as the guy working there said they couldn't afford to heat it ...its very run down, quick look at various 5 star reviews on hoilday sites appear to be written by the same person....honestly avoid ...this place ruined our Highland trip ...and no we never stayed, we left 30 minutes after checking in ....but they had our money already thro a site like this ....Still no refund ,
