I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Dr. Louise and the dental nurse. Halima was also fantastic in her advice for whitening! They were all incredibly professional, friendly, and made me feel at ease throughout. Highly recommended!
Very happy with the service absolutely fantastic experience with Dr Omar he was very good and had a very professional approach explained everything properly also the nurse Maddy was very professional too I don’t think I’ve ever had such a fantastic experience at any dentist previously receptionist Hannah was very welcoming definitely 10 out of 10 highly recommended the practice

As a new patient to the practice I have now seen Dr Nazia and my family have started seeing Dr Omar. From reception to the dental nurses by far one of the best dental surgeries out there. They always go above and beyond into giving me and my family the best care needed. Never once felt neglected by any of the staff at hick lane dental surgery when me or my family have received treatment or had our checkups done-but instead we’ve always been reassured, felt at ease and in good hands. I have to say I am very impressed and will continue to attend this practice.

Dr Omar and dental nurse halima are always so reassuring and joyful when we visit for our annual checkups or in-between treatments. The reception team are always so helpful in accommodating us appointments suitable to our timings which is always valuable.

Having changed from two dental practices due to the lack of service and care I was recommended Hicklane dental surgery by a friend. I couldn’t be more pleased ! I transferred my family over , the process was very smooth and trouble free .
Our dentist DR Nazia is amazing !
At first I was very uncomfortable approaching a dentist regarding my oral health however Dr Nazia ,She immediately puts you at ease with her calm and sweet demeanor. The most impressive part of my visit was that Dr. Nazia took the time to show me my problem areas which I have never had a dentist do before. You know you are in good hands when you learn things about your oral structure that you had no clue about .This helped me to know why and how to care for my teeth better, thus motivating me to do so. I never felt rushed ,she did a great job !
In regards to the children ,she took the time to talk to them through the procedures and calm them down. She never talked down to the kids - neither did she apply pressure if they were not ready for the procedure.
She and her staff have a special way of making your visit personalized, comfortable and stress-free.
Hick lane dental surgery is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. wish I had switched to them sooner!
Been a patient at Hick Lane for many years now and have only positive things to say. Great local practice with lovely staff, in particular Nicola Selby who I cannot rate highly enough! Nicola is by far the best Dentist I've ever been to - she has helped me with extensive dental work over the years and goes above and beyond to look after her patients. Really pleased to have found this Practice :)
