Just taken my car there for a full service. Had issues with my brakes and he had to do work on them. Very pleasantly surprised with the bill. Very reasonable price. This is one of the many reasons why I only use this garage.
This garage is the only one I trust in the area and I’m delighted with the service, turnaround and prices.Even those niggly jobs like a wiper fuse and my dropped bumper from a terrible 3 point turn into a sand bank were not charged for,
Dropped off the car , a quick walk around the corner to Hedon high street, a lovely breakfast , mooch around the shops then a phone call to tell me it’s all done! Stress free repairs and kind on the pocket too ,A thorough MOT today was just £40 for my 14 year old car and no advisories ! A must for we ladies,.
Got quoted £300 for replacement of windscreen washer pipes by Landrover. Popped by this morning, got asked to leave it with them if I could, a couple of hours later they had fixed it for £25!!! Perfect service thank you so much!
Usually a great job and couldn’t fault how friendly the receptionist was but on this occasion I’m not happy with the end result, brought my car in for body repair, still visible dent. If this was the best they could do as a repair and not a replacement then fair enough but this was not discussed and I was just handed over the keys. I didn’t notice the dent until I got home and my husband checked the car over. A crack in the bumper was filled in which I cannot fault and have done a cracking job. Also had a scuff on the back which out of good will they tried to polish out but now it looks even worse and really stands out.
Made a second visit to Hedon Garage this week. Left back tyre had a nail in it. Probably the cause of last week’s warning light!!
Popped back in this afternoon for a new tyre. Wonderful service! Thank you!!????
Took my car in with a minor problem and had it back within an hour. Excellent service and they even topped up my Windsreen Wash
One impressive family run business that puts first class customer service at the forefront of all it does.
I have yet to come across a garage/body shop that has more integrity or stronger moral principles. They are my first port of call for all things car orientated and i would not trust anyone else but them with my treasured Jaguar.

I found them by chance after i had been scammed by another garage, that fortunately will never happen again, as i can leave it to the professionals and so can you. Rest assured if it don't need doing they don't do it. How refreshing!
Early morning I had a puncture. This garage was was the one that opened the earliest for miles. Paul and Rob were really friendly. Great price. Would recommend.
