Took my little one for a vaccine here while visiting my parents, and she cried for all of 10 seconds (which is a record!). The pharmacist thoughtfully put something on the screen to distract her, and she was smiling before we even left the consultation room. A lovely family run pharmacy - and much better than the pharmacies near where I live!

Went in to ask about the oestrogen tablets Gina which were all over the news and papers and advertised on tv. First member of staff “nope never heard of it” second staff member “ what is it?..never heard of it”
She went to ask the Pharmacist who didn’t even bother to raise his head to me and just gave the assistant a curt no we don’t have it. So after that “wonderful experience “ I shall never use that Chemist again. Went across the road to Lister and got a much improved experience and “knowledgeable “ customer service.

Nicest pharmacy - staff are so helpful and go above and beyond! The pharmacist is so knowledgeable and kind. Great selection of skin care too. Highly recommend!
