Harry and the team have been an amazing support for my wife and I over the last 6 months. We moved from another pharmacy due to bad service and lack of care, we will be staying with Heath Pharmacy.

We have recently nominated this Pharmacy moving from King Cross after it took them 6 weeks to get a heart tablet to us, these guys took 5 days. Compression bandages 1 day instead of over a week. Highly recommend them. Only wish that I knew earlier that I could swap Pharmacies. Keep up the good work
Absolutely fantastic service for covid and flu jabs. Quick and efficient and friendly service. Will definitely book into heath pharmacy again.
Phoned up on behalf for a neighbour and was dealt with eventually accordingly,however when he spoke with them abt the above he was told rather abruptly that his ordered cudnt be delivered.This man has stage 4 cancer,he can't get up to the pharmacy he needs delivery.
I moved pharmacy's because of them telling me my perscription wasn't in,wen id spoke to the doc b4 i phoned the chemist up to check,then phoning the chemist back to say the doc had sent it across,with them then saying 'oh we've just received it)...piffle!!,7 times that happened to me.
They need bigger premises and re-train staff to be courteous and polite at all times.
And a better system.
I normally pick up my husbands medications from this pharmacy because they have always been very good and friendly. However, went in to pick up my husbands heart medication tablets and they didn’t have all the tablets in stock. Rather than politely telling me, the woman with the red hair starts belittling me and raising her voice about not having all the medications in stock. She starts accusing me of ordering the prescription too late. I had ordered the prescription on Tuesday and went to pick up on Friday. Due to a mess up at the gp the prescription was not sent till Friday afternoon. Knowing these are heart medications no one from the pharmacy thought to call me and inform me that a couple of the tablets were out of stock. If they had I could have gone to another pharmacy. Instead I’m being spoken down to. Her behaviour was extremely unprofessional. I an definitely going to be changing the pharmacy to one that actually knows how to provide good customer service. Very disappointed!!!
Heath pharmacy is one of the best around and is very friendly and has gone through many changes with its new business team they have my full support and in my opinion is a growing business thank you Heath for being there for me
