I only buy the iced donuts. They are very nice. I recommend getting them before mid day because they are a lot better when fresh.
I go there on a weekly basis to buy fresh baked goods and coffee as well sometimes. The food is delicious, but there is a lady working who is terribly rude. He comments on how much sugar I want in the coffee and obviously hates working with people. She was rude with me without any reason, I am not a difficult customer at all.
The food is amazing , the staff are unique and welcoming. Must try the donuts it’s always really busy.
Bought a Chelsea bun recently £1.70 but really unimpressed with the texture which was much drier than would expect.
Sausage roll was disgusting had a sour taste.Cornish pasty was dry and tasteless.Won’t be visiting this shop anytime soon.Very pricy too.
Quick polite service, but I do wish they would have name tags on the cakes/pastries , it would save the "one of those, no no, one of those please"
I’ve been going to Heater’s in Guildford not often but for a number of years called in Friday purchased two cream cakes and two sausage rolls £9 the cakes were find but the sausage rolls were awful if you ate one blindfolded you wouldn’t be able to tell what you were eating won’t be going back.
The most expensive cheese salad roll I've ever purchased £6.50 ???? ????
