We have been using this bakery for years and the last 6 months the quality has massively dropped, i hope this review will spark a change because it is such a shame.
we just got a sausage in a roll that is mostly empty and upon closer inspection is only half a sausage as the second half is cut in half and had been pushed together. So not even 1 full sausage in here.
We've had experiences where food has been charged for and not been provided and we've ignored it but now we're being charged a high price for basically an empty roll. Really disappointed.
Everything looked amazing. We opted for 1 bacon & sausage sandwich / 1 sausage sandwich / 1 vanilla coffee / 1 gingerbread man & 1 doughnut. Came to £18 so it's not bad. All freshly made and was extremely tasty. Friendly staff too.
We usually support the butcher and popped in as we were hungry. Just finished the most fantastic chicken baguette. Lovely baguette, great tasting chicken mayo and the best chicken baguette I’ve had in a long time.
Over priced. It was close to closing time and the lady was eager to close up and leave. Was a little rude. I bought 2 apple cream turnovers and they were very expensive! They tasted very bland and hardly had any apple inside them. Not worth the money! Definitely no customer service either. Doesn't cost to smile
Terrible ????Popped in for a bacon and sausage roll this morning at 7am it just opened! Really fatty bacon and tough sausages that must have been cooked last week sometime then he heated it up in the microwave! I took one bite of it and threw it away I'm sure a dog would not eat it! do yourself a favour and don't use this for breakfast!
Staff are greet, very welcoming, especially the customer banter. Best Bacon Baggott packed to the hilt.
Food good but just stopped in passing trade. But very bad atmosphere. And very blunt and rude. But I think they forget that without customers. Not good for business. And I mean by not just your local trade
Stopped for a sandwich at lunch. Very clean place and tasty sandwiches.
